The Chef’s Classic & Big Feast collections: Exclusively available within the Calgary.
The Chef's Curated Collection of Treats: Available Canada-wide.
The Bespoke Bowl Service: As an online service, the Bespoke Bowl service is available worldwide.
While our Curated Collection of Treats can be shipped Canada-wide, the Chef’s Classic & Big Feast collections are currently available for local Calgary delivery only.
Free courier shipping is offered on Calgary orders over $60 and Canada-wide over $99.
Courier shipping is $7.50 on Calgary orders below $60 and $17.5 on Canada-wide orders below $99.
Delivery to a rural address is $17.50.
Calgary Local Pickup: A $4.00 weekend pickup option is available exclusively for our Calgary customers.
Our online store will assign the selected available shipping date at checkout to your order based on your shipping postal code. We cannot guarantee our delivery times as our delivery routes are subject to; weather, traffic and unforeseen delays.
Local Calgary Pickup: If you select weekend pickup for the treats, we will notify you via text and email as soon as your order is ready. Your order will be available for pick up during a 24-hour window on your chosen day ( Saturday or Sunday).
Please note: Our Local Pickup option does not apply to The Chef’s Classic and Big Feast collections. Because these items are either frozen or freshly cooked, they require scheduled delivery and careful handling to ensure food safety; therefore, they cannot be left in a 24-hour pickup window.
If you wish to adjust your order or select an alternative shipping date, please notify us within 48 hours at www.woofstable.com/contact-us.() Please include your name, email address, and order number. While we strive to accommodate all requests, changes are not guaranteed until you have received confirmation of your request by our Customer Care Team. Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to make further modifications.
We will send you a confirmation via text and/or email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. For local Calgary deliveries, you will also receive an update on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival window.
Local Calgary Pickup: If you select weekend pickup, we will notify you via text and email as soon as your order is ready. Please collect your order within the 24-hour window on your chosen day (Saturday, or Sunday).
We want you to be completely happy with your selection! If you change your mind, and wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placement. After this window, we are unable to guarantee cancellations as your order may already be in progress. Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

*Refunds may take 3-7 working days to process after the cancellation notice.
For orders from our Chef’s Classic and Big Feast collections, we strongly recommend leaving a thermal bag or cooler at your front door. This ensures your products remain frozen and fresh upon delivery. Our driver will happily place your order inside to maintain the perfect temperature until you arrive home.
We strongly encourage our customers to be home to accept delivery of their orders. If no one is home to accept delivery of the order our delivery driver will leave the order at your residence.
*Please note: We are not responsible for orders left unattended that are damaged, destroyed or stolen.
We do provide delivery to Apartment Building, Commercial Offices and Condominium Buildings that provide delivery truck parking access.
Contactless Delivery: You do not need to be home or sign for your delivery. Our driver will safely place your order at your door (or in your provided cooler/thermal bag), and you’ll receive an instant text or email notification the moment it arrives.
If there is an error with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right. For any damaged items, please report the breakage within 72 hours via our Contact Us page at www.woofstable.com/contact-us.() To help us assist you quickly, please include:
1) Your order number
2) A list of the damaged items
3) Photos of the damage and packaging
